Leach Mounce Architects provided the needs assessment and full service for new construction for the Porterville City Hall and Police Facility. This 16,000 square foot police facility includes; temporary holding for 6 prisoners, a physical fitness facility, a 60 person briefing room, a Police/Fire communications center and various laboratory and support spaces.
