The Glendale Public Service Building is a 96,000 square foot, 4-story office structure intended to house several city departments. The design features a central atrium entered from a central plaza at the lower floor and from the street level at the second floor. The facility houses a drive up service area, a community training room, a permit application center, print shop, purchasing warehouse and the City’s computer facility.
