Completed in 2002, this represents one of two options being developed by Leach Mounce to replace the City’s existing deficient structure. The facility will contain new concepts in City Hall and Police work environment and its relationship to the public. There will be a TV studio and control room adjacent to the Council Chambers for sound, lighting and video controls. Special security and hardening features will provide protection against intrusion and terrorism. |
