Leach Mounce Architects is providing programming, planning and specialized design services to Hewitt Architects of Seattle. The facility for the Law Enforcement Support Agency of Pierce County, WA is an advanced concept “fusion” center containing Communications, Records, Real Time Camera Operations Crime Center, Department Operations Center, training facilities, staff emergency housing and 24/7 child care center.

Total area is 142,800 sf on three levels. Below the ground level shown above is IT, Records Archives and the electronic equipment rooms directly under the communications operating floor. The top level contains Administration and conference rooms overlooking the Communications and Records Operations spaces.
