This 24,000 s.f. facility integrates all security, alarm and communications systems for the entire airport including CAD, enhanced 911, automatic vehicle location system, record management system, perimeter security, access control, CCTV surveillance system with over 200 cameras, baggage check alarm systems, parking lot alarm system, radio base and control stations and crash alarm phones.

The most advanced concepts in fiberoptics, large screen high resolution graphics and console design have been incorporated into this facility. Building security is achieved by a three-tier access control system. Polycarbonate bullet resistant glass protects the dispatch center and vehicle invasion barriers protect the entry. Security features are tastefully concealed in the building design.

A two-story landscaped atrium provides pleasant visual relief for the Dispatchers. Individually controlled lighting, special HVAC, acoustical treatment, adjustable workstations and ergonomic seating are provided for the dispatch center. The building also contains special fire protection, lightning and electrical protection systems.
