This 200,000 s.f. facility located at One Schroeder Plaza is a major urban landmark in the City of Boston. It contains a DNA lab with facilities for doing both RFLP and PCR analysis.

Services performed by LMA included needs assessment, program verification and design studies for entire building. Detailed programming, design and contract documents for crime laboratory, holding facility, ballistics laboratory and evidence processing. This work constituted about 20% of the total.

Leach Mounce Architects was working as a special consultant to Stull & Lee Architects of Boston.
