ORGANIZATION CHART
BUSINESS EMPHASIS
The Leach Mounce Architects' business plan is to be a dominant force in the national market for public safety architecture. The firm has made significant progress by achieving maximum value for their clients by means of advanced but reliable technology, optimum functioning floor plans, smooth systems integration and spaces that form delightful working environments. The buildings and systems are designed to be user friendly and the design process itself managed so that it is enjoyable for the client. Cost control, quality control, schedule control and systems integration are continuous throughout the design process. Repeat clients and referrals by satisfied clients are the primary marketing goal of the firm. We believe that the quality of the buildings we deliver and the people who use them speak better than anything we can say in a marketing program.
GENERAL DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Leach Mounce Architects believes that the clients program, the site and the budget are the major factors shaping the design; not a preconceived signature statement by the architect. Problems and issues are sought and defined during the programming phase and resolved during the design phase. Opportunities are sought, discussed and defined during programming and taken advantage of during design. The building is planned to work smoothly in the dimensions with the site and fit harmoniously within the neighborhood context. The Client's project budget and life cycle operations are both satisfied by the firm’s system of cost control and value engineering.
